Chairman, Nanyang Technological University Board of Trustees and National Arts Council, and Board Director, JTC Corporation and Singapore Airlines
Ms Goh Swee Chen joined Shell in 2003 and retired as Chairman, Shell Companies in Singapore in January 2019. She was previously with Procter & Gamble and IBM. A global leader, she has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Netherlands, Australia, USA, Japan and China. Ms Goh has a diverse professional background, having led significant businesses in Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods and IT sectors.
Ms Goh is currently Chairman, National Arts Council, and Chairman, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Boards of Singapore Airlines, SP Group, JTC Corporation, Woodside Energy (Australia) and GenZero. She is a member of the Legal Services Commission.
Ms Goh had previously chaired/served in the Boards of Shell Joint Ventures in China, Korea and Saudi Arabia.
She graduated with B.Sc. – Victoria University and MBA – Chicago Booth, University of Chicago. She was named Distinguished Alumni, Chicago Booth, in 2018. She is married with three children.
Chairman, Board of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
Mr Ong Chong Tee is the Chairman of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) from 1 July 2022, having joined the Board as its Deputy Chairman from 1 April 2021.
Mr Ong was with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from June 1986 till 31 March 2021. He was most recently MAS’ Deputy Managing Director overseeing its Financial Supervision function. The Financial Supervision cluster in MAS comprises the Banking & Insurance Group, Capital Markets Group and Policy, Payments and Financial Crime Group. Mr Ong was also responsible for Technology Risk Supervision as well as the SupTech functions in the Technology Cluster. Prior to this, Mr Ong was Deputy Managing Director overseeing the central banking functions of monetary policy, markets and investments, as well as the development functions.
Mr Ong had served on the Boards of CPF, SLA, URA and HDB. He had also served as a member of MINDEF’s Saver-Premium and MHA’s INVEST Board of Trustee.
Mr Ong was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) in August 2007 and Public Administration Medal (Gold) (Bar) in August 2021 by the President of Singapore.
Dean & CEO, Civil Service College; Deputy Secretary (Leadership), Public Service Division
Mr Han Neng Hsiu is the Deputy Secretary (Leadership) in the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office, and the Dean and Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Service College, Singapore.
He was the Deputy Secretary (Development) in the Ministry of Finance from 2016 to 2023 and Deputy Secretary (Administration) in the Ministry of Defence from 2013 to 2016.
He has also served in the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Trade and Industry. He was a board member of the Media Development Authority and the Defence Science and Technology Agency.
