Ms Sacha Tong

Executive Director, Council for Board Diverity

Sacha Tong leads the team at the Council for Board Diversity, working closely with the Co-Chairs and Council to develop and deliver initiatives that advance the national agenda to strengthen board effectiveness and diversity across listed companies, Statutory Boards and the Impact sector.

Sacha used to work and live in Shanghai where she was Chief of Staff for the EY People Consulting Practice, overseeing the strategy and operations for the APAC business.

Additionally, Sacha brings regional experience in advising companies on strategy, organisational transformation and enterprise-wide change across multiple industries.

Ms Ang Shih-Huei

Vice Chairman and Honorary Secretary, Singapore Business Federation Council; CEO and Board Director, H/Advisors Klareco

Ms Ang Shih-Huei is the CEO and Co-Founder of H/Advisors Klareco, a leading strategic communications company. H/Advisors Klareco is headquartered in Singapore and also operates in Indonesia and Malaysia. Together with a global network of affiliates, H/Advisors Klareco serves businesses facing complex communications challenges in the region and globally.

Ms Ang has more than 20 years of communications experience in government relations, corporate reputation, investor relations and crisis communications management. Her clients span a wide range of organisations, including government ministries, multinationals and start-ups.

Ms Ang sits on the Boards of National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre and Mount Faber Leisure Group, and previously served on the board of the Sentosa Development Corporation. She is also responsible for spearheading the Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (part of the SBF), alongside her fellow ExCo Members.

Ms Lauren Tan

Communications Lead, Council for Board Diverity

An editorial and communications specialist, Lauren Tan began her career in the Singapore civil service before moving into the media industry, where she went on to lead prominent lifestyle titles as editor-in-chief. Beyond her deep respect for reportage and storytelling, she is equally energised by shaping communication strategies and organisational narratives that drive meaningful outcomes. At CBD, she helps the Council articulate its public voice, oversee its publications, and develop content that advances conversations on the role of broader diversity in leadership and governance.

Mr Azriman Mansor

Board Director, Yayasan Mendaki, and Council Member, Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS)

Mr Azriman Mansor is the Chief Financial Officer of Real Kaiten Consultancy & Investments and formerly the Group Financial Controller at Times Publishing Limited.

Prior to returning to Singapore in 2016, Mr Azriman was with the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan as the Chief Budget and Finance Officer, where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of the mission’s budgetary resources and overall financial management of the newly independent nation. Before joining the UN, he held a broad range of finance leadership positions in the aviation, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.

Mr Azriman serves on the boards of Yayasan Mendaki, Singapore Islamic Religious Council (MUIS) and Netball SG, and sits on the finance and audit committees of Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and A*Star. He is also an active grassroot leader at Marsiling and Tanjong Pagar constituencies, as well as Council member with the People’s Association Malay Activity Executive Committees Council (MESRA) in engaging the community through a wide range of outreach programmes.

Ms Vannesa Goh

Partnerships & Engagement, Council for Board Diverity

With a background in partnerships, stakeholder engagement and programme management across the public and social sectors, Vannesa Goh supports the Council for Board Diversity’s engagement initiatives with Council members, board leaders and partners across listed companies, Statutory Boards and the charity sector. She also curates opportunities for board-ready directors to engage with experienced board leaders, exchange perspectives and build connections. Her work contributes to efforts to strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent for board roles.

Mr Jonathan Eu

Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, Singapore Land Group Limited

Mr Jonathan Eu is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Land Group Limited (“SingLand”) and is responsible for driving the Group’s overall strategy and delivering on its corporate purpose.

Under his leadership, the company embarked on a strategic transformation to drive sustained growth for its real estate business, starting with its rebranding to Singapore Land Group in 2021.

Mr Eu plays a pivotal role in steering SingLand’s sustainability initiatives. Apart from overseeing the Group’s efforts to address climate change, he is also a strong advocate for corporate citizenship and actively champions SingLand’s efforts to uplift underserved communities.

Mr Eu joined SingLand in 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to SingLand, he spent 10 years with UOL Group Limited where he was the General Manager, Investment and Asset Management, and spearheaded innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Mr Eu is a Director of SingLand and several SingLand subsidiaries, and is currently the Executive Committee Vice Chair of Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Singapore.
