Ms Yeo Wan Ling is the Director of the National Trades Union Congress’ (NTUC) U SME and Women & Family Unit.

Additionally, Wan Ling is a Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol Group Representation Constituency and Vice-Chairman of the North East Community Development Council. She is also a member of the Chinese Community Liaison Group and Global Compact Network Singapore.

Prior to joining NTUC, Wan Ling was the founder and CEO of the social enterprise Caregiver Asia, which aggregates freelance caregivers and care services for deployment into homes, healthcare institutes and welfare organisations. She also spent over a decade at the Singapore Economic Board, where she was part of EDB’s Global Operations. Before EDB, she started her career at DBS Bank.
