Mr Tham Sai Choy serves on the board of DBS Group Holdings Ltd, where he chairs its Nominations Committee, as well as the boards of Keppel Corporation Ltd, Nanyang Polytechnic and Mount Alvernia Hospital. He is the Chairman of EM Services Pte Ltd and the Tax Academy.

In his executive career, he was a member of KPMG’s global board and its executive committee, and as the Chairman of its nominations committee had responsibility for talent management of its top echelon of global executives.

Mr Tham is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Singapore Institute of Directors, where he was its past chairman. He was also a member of the board of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, and a member of the Diversity Action Committee (2017 – 2018).
