Mr Teo Siong Seng is the Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation and the Executive Chairman/Managing Director of Pacific International Lines Pte Ltd (“PIL”).

PIL is ranked 9th among the top containership operators in the world and its subsidiary, Singamas Container Holdings Ltd, is the 2nd largest container manufacturer in the world.

He is a Member of the Future Economy Council (FEC). He also serves on the boards/councils of Business China, Cosco Shipping, Enterprise Singapore and is the Honorary President of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry amongst others. He was also a member of the Diversity Action Committee (November 2014 – 2018).

Mr Teo is also the Industry Advisor, Chongqing Connectivity Initiative which is the third Government to Government project between China and Singapore, and Honorary Consul of The United Republic of Tanzania in Singapore.
