Mr Lim Jit Poh is the Chairman of global land transport group, ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited, and its listed subsidiary, VICOM Ltd. He also chairs the boards of several non-listed companies owned by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and CapitaLand Limited Group.

Mr Lim was Chairman of SBS Transit Ltd and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. He was also the first Chairman of the restructured China Aviation Oil (S) Corporation Limited, having been appointed in 2005 as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Assessment Committee to review its corporate governance practices following its financial debacle. He was also a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Singapore British Business Council.

A former top civil servant and a Fulbright Scholar, Mr Lim was awarded the Public Administration Medal in 1972 and the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2015 by the President of Singapore, as well as four awards by NTUC.
