Mrs Lee is the Director of Morgan Lewis Stamford a leading regional Singapore law firm and a partner of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, a leading global law firm, where she chairs the International Leadership Team and is a Board member.

She has won numerous awards for her professional work, including most recently Chambers Global Life-Time Achievement Award.

She has over 20 years of experience as a corporate board member and currently sits on 2 global Fortune 100 boards. She also sits on the Executive Committee of the Senate of the Singapore Academy of Law, the Advisory Board to the Law School at Singapore Management University and is a trustee of Nanyang Technological University. She also sits on the Board of the World Justice Project, a global organization for the promotion of the rule of law.

She qualified as a Barrister-at-Law at Gray’s Inn London in 1981. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1982 and has practised law in London and Singapore.
