Dr Goh is President of Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO).

She is a Senior Consultant in Singapore General Hospital and the Director of Neuroanaesthesia and Neurocritical Care, Adjunct Assistant Professor Duke-NUS Graduate Medical school. She is also a clinical lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Dr Goh is the President of the ASEAN confederation of Women’s Organizations (ACWO) and member of the Association of Women Doctors Singapore (AWDS) executive committee.

She sits on the board of Yong Siew Toh Conservatory and was formerly on the board of Dover Park Hospice, co-chairing the fund raising committee.
