Han Neng Hsiu is the Deputy Secretary (Leadership) in the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office, and the Dean and Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Service College, Singapore.

He was the Deputy Secretary (Development) in the Ministry of Finance from 2016 to 2023 and Deputy Secretary (Administration) in the Ministry of Defence from 2013 to 2016.

He has also served in the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Trade and Industry. He was a board member of the Media Development Authority and the Defence Science and Technology Agency.
