Elaine is widely recognised as a pioneer communication and investor relations specialist, with more than four decades of rich and varied experience that started with journalism, capital markets and hospitality before she anchored herself in consultancy practice.

She has the rare distinction of handling some of the largest, most challenging and ground-breaking capital market transactions on the SGX, including the unparalleled track record of supporting the launch of more than 280 IPOs.

In the past four decades, she had served on a number of government and non-profit boards, including the Singapore Land Authority, National Youth Council, National Council of Social Service, Community Chest of Singapore, SATA, Singapore Dance Theatre and Ronald McDonalds Children’s Charity.

She currently serves on the Boards of SGX-listed M1 Limited, Chemical Industries (Far East) Limited and non-profit organisation, Lien AID.
